Friendly, timely, competent, effective communication and really efficient in facilitating the transaction. Everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I was also pleasantly surprised when they did the POAs for free for us while we were going through the real estate transaction as they found out we needed the POAs for other purposes. Our previous lawyer would have charged over a $100 for a POA. I am really happy with their services. I would definitely be using their services again and I would recommend them to anyone!

My bank abroad required complex legal documents and Mr. Berljawsky expertise in real-estate + bi-lingual knowledge were critical to make this a smooth process. Very straightforward, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
