I have been using Jay's service for many years. I have done over a dozen real estate deals (my own investments) with Jay's office. No matter a multi-million dollar deal, or a 500k deal, Jay's office always handled very professionally and smoothly. The reason I always choose Jay's office is simple: reasonable price and smooth+professional transactions. Jay always answers my emails in person (which many of the lawyers won't do nowadays). Gali usually answers my email within a few minutes during work days. I highly recommend Jay's service!

My wife and I purchased a new home and Jay and Gali handled all of our legal paperwork for both the purchase and the refinance of our previous home.
