We have used Stephen Shub for 2 real estate transactions. The first was straightforward and we received efficient and responsive service as advertised and for a reasonable price. The second transaction turned out to be more complex and we received the same efficient and responsive service and in addition we received outstanding help when difficulties arose. Stephen Shub gave us excellent advice and stepped in directly when needed. On the day the transaction finally closed he worked into the evening to ensure the loose ends were tied up and we could receive the transfer of funds in time. Outstanding, no-nonsense service at a reasonable price. Who could ask for more!

Stephen Shub and his staff were always on time with requests and inquiries, and much to our surprise, Stephen Shub was very straight-forward and to the point. I used another lawyer before, and the experience was less than pleasant, so we switched to Stephen Shub's office on the recommendation of a friend. We will never use another real estate lawyer again.

Me and my husband just closed our first home through Mr. Shub's Scarborough office. Staffs at Scarborough office were very helpful, friendly and answered all our questions. We received keys and our report on time. Great job!!
