It was our sixth investment property which we closed with Stephen Shub office. Their team is always great (Mario and Tanya), professional and helpful. Location is very convenient for us (Yonge and Drewry), hours are fantastic (after 5 pm to accommodate our work schedule). All responses we received in a timely manner. I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Stephen Shub's legal firm. There was always a human voice to answer the phones. The staff members were very polite and extremely helpful. Their investigations were thorough and their explanations to the issues were complete. They dealt with my issues professionally and efficiently and in a timely manner. The administrative system was very well organized to accommodate appointments and pickups at the convenience of the clients. The legal cost and all miscellaneous charges were very fair and explicit, no surprises. To conclude, they offered me a top-notch service.
