Wait staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. The food was served hot, and visually appealing. We were surprised to see the owner moving from service area to kitchen... supervising and helping in any manner he could to make our experience an enjoyable one. We will not hesitate to stop in again and recommend The Bally Hotel to anyone.

Great food and very attentive friendly service. Good wings and sandwiches with nice dinner platters as well. Highly recommend.

We ate at the bar section. Ordered scotch eggs. If your not familiar scotch eggs they are hardboiled eggs wrapped in sausage and baked or deep fried. They couldn't get it right for some reason.....the eggs were soft boiled when cut open and the sausage was pink. These are pre made.....not hard to pre make hard boiled eggs. Sent it back twice. Rolling rock on tap which I like. Overall service was good
