Bamboo Buffet

Fantastic selection and great price! I am rather particularly and prefer food without a lot of breading. Bamboo offers a wide selection of items that are not breaded and fried. The dishes are all distinctly different (and delicious!) in taste. Bamboo is my Chinese food restaurant of choice, and has redefined what I should expect from a great Chinese restaurant.

I may be biases because I dislike buffet style restaurants but I didn't like this one. The cashier was not friendly at all, like she didn't wanna be there. The sesame chicken was hard like it had been reheated. Some of the meat looked dry ... just not a very good place to eat in my opinion. I saw one staff cleaning and eating off the plates of what appeared to be his family. No problem just weird.... all in all will not recommend. I enjoy places friendly welcoming staff. It was a bit depressing, nobody cleaned up our plates and we left. Will never be returning.

Lots of options for Chinese dishes as well as Amercian dishes (pizza, French fries, corn nuggets, potatoes). Also have a salad bar and dessert bar with soft serve ice cream dispenser. Only compliant was that no rice options were on the buffet, only noddles. You pay up front and help yourself, including drinks.

First visit. The food was great and crab rations were wonderful. They needed more crab, but they were Good! I will go back next time we are in Manhattan, KS.

Not even a full star, disgusting dirty greasy floors the woman's bathroom had smeared feces and period blood and toliet and bathroom wall. Just awful the food taste off and the rice noodles tasted like bleach. Very dirty and gross. Will NEVER go there and waste money ever again.
