Banfield Pet Hospital

Surprised with all of the bad reviews. My dog is on the Wellness Plan here, and we are constantly floored at how much money we save because of it. The vet techs all love Bruiser and dote on him, which we are so appreciative for! All of the doctors are knowledgeable and helped bring him to wellness. Denise is one of the nicest receptionists and we are always glad to see her at the front desk. My only complaint with this location is that they are sometimes very busy, but otherwise we are very happy customers! To the staff, Bruiser the chihuahua sends his love!

if you really want your dog to be healthy, and cared for, find a real veterinarian. this place is only in it for the money and will not take care of your pets. I had my two dogs there, my GSD and my Labrador retriever. when I took my Labrador i was told to “never give him a treat again” because he was “growing too fast” I had both dogs on a plan, and somehow still paid a fortune every time I went in. I would be told my puppy had to go in time after time to get the same shots? and we had to “restart” even when I took him in time. they were also shoving the idea of fixing my dog immediately because he supposedly didn’t have his testicles, and they just dropped a bit later, but they really just wanted the money. They send me tick and flea products EVERY MONTH!!! When I clearly stated I didn’t want them, and they just charge our card. Horrible service horrible place

Had very good service. Have a very difficult dog which goes into a flat-out panic when he goes to the vet (any and all vets). These guys are the only ones who can handle him and they do it will kindness, grace and humor. Note that all vets are expensive. Banfield is actually BETTER than most. Sounds like most of the complaints in these reviews are administrative.
