Banfield Pet Hospital

I was very happy with Banfield Pet Hotel. They took care of my Aussie for four days. The staff members were very caring and they were honest with me about how Bailey did in the environment . I will board her there again and I feel she's very safe there while I'm away.

I've been taking both of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to Dr. Ortiz at Banfield, Stamford for over a year now. I live in Westport but it is worth it to drive to Stamford branch though Norwalk branch is closer to my house. I've been received compassionate and throrough care from Dr. Ortiz. He patiently answered all my questions and took great care of my Finley and Dunphy without a rush. The front desk receptions were extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you for Mandy& Kisha who always treat us so well. I highly recommend this branch.

Botched a simple spay — having to have cat admitted to Cornell overnight. Worst experience with the Doctors “vets” yeah ok. Come here for cheap checkups and have the real work done elsewhere!

3 terrible experiences with this Banfield branch: 1) I was lied to and told that my pet's medication was ready for pickup, but, upon my arrival, the package hadn't arrived. To remedy the situation, the attendant received approval from a doctor to give my pet medication that was designated for dogs above her weight class. 2) I’ve had to go to Banfield on 3 separate occasions in the past 3 weeks for some pet cleaning but was lied to regarding having completed the cleaning as her symptoms persisted until the final doctor's visit. 3) Furthermore, every time I go to speak with the doctor, he has always been unresponsive to my concerns and brushes them off.
