I was appalled when I heard their mortgage lender telling a first time homebuyer it's a good idea to only make the minimum payment on their credit card each month in order to "build credit." Every time I come to this location there's a line of at least 5 people with one teller working and several other employees sitting around doing nothing. Huge waste of my time!

All of the one star reviews are accurate. Avoid this branch at all costs. One representative on a Friday evening. That's ludicrous. I've been waiting for two hours to see someone. Money is very important but so is time and unlike money you can't get that back

One teller on a busy Saturday resulted in a 40 minute wait. Rarely are the tellers here focused on customer service and always give attitude when you try to make a larger cash withdrawal.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! The girl at the door had 'tattooed' on stink-face like somebody pee'd in her cereal. I waited 15 minutes for somebody to help me with my business, not one person got off their butt to help me. 3 employees were huddled in one cubicle, one was working.. the other was looking over her shoulder and a guy was just sitting there playing on his smartphone. I would try and call to complain to a manager, but these jokers don't answer their phones. With service as bad as they give, I don't blame them.. why would they wanna hear how terrible they are all day? Pathetic.

6 customers in line. 1 teller and the manager standing around doing miscellaneous task when she could have helped with the customers. Poor customer services and why I'm switching banks.
