Always a long line for everything at this branch. They definitely need to consider a new layout and hire more bank tellers. Good thing I have capital one as well. They have plenty of tellers at capital one. This branch should take note. Especially since they're only a block away from each other.
1 teller 20 people on line at 11:00AM on Thursday. While I asked the Manager who was doing nothing at allif she was going to assign another teller she said NO. While trying to make people do transactions via the ATM. NO, We want to do our banking with a teller. I have questions to ask that a machine can't answer. Do yourself a favor..... Don't waste your time going this Bank use the Bayonne, Bank of America where ...when it's busy the actual Manager gets behind the teller counter to assist.
Everyone always says good morning or good afternoon even security! Once a teller asked me for my bank information just for a roll of quarters and I was exchanging with cash, that was annoying and idiotic. Sometimes there are really long lines and not enough bank tellers but for the most part people are friendly and resolve issues as soon as they can.
Manager has an attitude problem, she stands around talking to her little buddies and doesn’t help one bit. So does the ONE teller they have. I came here to exchange a $20 bill, before the teller even saw the bill she denies me any assistance, hands me tape and tells me to tape it myself. Manager comes by and suggests I could be trying to trade in a fraudulent bill. meanwhile my dog ripped this bill up weeks ago. I taped my bill up and handed it back over, to which she kept running it through the machine, not wanting to believe the bill is in fact, REAL. She immediately gets an attitude and slowly takes her time to hand me my new bill. I hope I never need to come back for any help, but if I do, I wouldn’t mind showing them how to do their job again.
This is a very difficult branch to deal with. Their customer service is close to ZERO. I have no issues with other branches, but this one is extremely difficult. I would suggest that you stay away from this one. I have been dealing with BOA for years. This branch makes you feel like they don't care about your business.
Quick banking if you use the atm. If you need any services done, they will take care of you. Only negative is that they don't have as many bank tellers.
Best customer servise ,always but always trying to help you out with any type of problem or question...i been having an account with bank of america since i was 17 years old , this places is been one of my favorite place to go everytime i have any problem with my accounts,is you have any question ask for Ms. Gloria Flores ,She's is going to help you with everything.......
Chronically understaffed. You'll see 4 people walking around, refusing to be a teller to help. Meanwhile, I waited half an hour to deposit a check into a friend's account.
If you go there you have to ask for IBRAHIM Meite he is the best at that bank he always trying to help people and doing his best
Unprofessional the customer services guy should be fired. He wasn’t helpful, he was in his phone mire than helping me. How do I report this guy???
