Chase Bank

I will highly recommend this branch,I received a really great service at this bank. I had an appointment at 3pm with the banker Nirmala Parel but I reached 30 mins late, Even though I was late Nirmala Patel processed my account opening really fast and the hospitality was great! She clearly explained all my doubts and guided me through all the processes. I had a great experience opening an account here!

They don’t really provide much help. As soon as you ask for receipts on why you were charged certain amount, they ask you to call chase and resolve it. They can only do the basics. Now I understand who a lot of customers show frustration at this chase location. I have visited many chase branches and have had the worst experience at this branch. They need to train the employees and the managers on how to resolve problem and not just ask them to call chase and resolve it by ourselves.

Great! I visited this branch for getting the coins and the teller has guided me there and overall the process was so simple like withdrawing money from an ATM

I was treated very pleasantly during my visit at this Chase branch. I was assisted almost immediate by a banker, and Mohamed was diligent and efficient in the way in which he helped me. I had just a small window of time to be helped, as I came to this location during my short lunch period, and was assisted in a timely manner which allowed for me to make it back to work on time. Much obliged!

The manager is very professional and helpful, I appreciate the Venezuelan girl that helped me and the tellers. They were very quick to figure out the best solution for me . I can’t imagine why they would have poor reviews they’ve always been helpful for the past 3 years that I have gone to this chase. I will keep coming here .

Rosa Bastidas provides the worst customer service at this location I regret reffering my brother and sister and law here, I would suggest either going to another branch the central ave one is much better or just try PNC bank in Journal square they are always warm and friendly and have time to help their clients.

Awful service! I don’t usually have time for reviews but this time it was absolutely necessary . I have a business and I opened an account with chase as it was more convenient for me. My branch is in central Avenue and the service there is outstanding but is hard to find parking so I come to Journal square for that reason but EVERY TIME I come there the cashiers are so distracted weather is talking to others next to them or just pretending to be busy. Once there is eye contact they are careless, like a machine asking how are you but not really looking for a response. Absolutely awful service.if there is a little issue , they talk to you as being enjoyed and if you ask”too much” they will ask you to make an appointment. On my way out I asked to speak to the manager but of course when I explained the reason, they stated he was in a meeting. I’m now highly considering on moving my account this is some poor service and care .

There is an African American lady who is very helpful. Except for her everyone else in that branch are extremely rude and unhelpful. They talk over you. They don't listen to you when you ask them any questions. They are gossiping about other customers right Infront of you.

I am new to the area and wanted to open a checking account w/ Chase. I was serviced by Rosa Bastidas, she was lovely to work with and very welcoming! Absolutely loved her customer service and she was very informative and showed me different features on the mobile app. If you go here please request Rosa, she was wonderful and really knew a lot of information!
