Friendly personnel and fast service

Don't do business with them they let someone steal 2,900 from me and told me don't worry they will give your money back to you, but in the mean time the person who stole my check gets away with it, then they say they over paid me and take my savings without Discussing it with me, so sad there all dumb there.

I just had a fantastic fantastic experience with Katherine Jerez.They were very helpful in my banking needs. I think Ms. Jerez Was very congenial and helpful and courteous in every way. I think she deserves a raise as well as a pat on the back for the job she’s doing.

Customer service bad

I wish we had an option to give them no stars it sucks that any time we come to this branch theres only 1 person sitting there to help and it takes hours before it's your turn I usually go to journal square eventhough I live not even 5 minutes from this location. Horribly slow service.

I like Ms. Jerez and Ms. Torres. They both are really nice and friendly.
