The people are very nice and very respectful I don't have no problems at all and in bayonne they are very nice to me the chase bank workers are very nice people I gave them 10 stars
this branch is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. i went in trying to find answers and i got turned away. i then called to speak with a manager about how i was treated and he was extremely rude and ended up hanging up the phone on me while i was speaking. DO NOT GO HERE! find another bank! it’ll be worth it.

One of the worse Chase bank locations in the area. Awful staff that fail to provide basic bank services. Plus, they have a terribly designed location with a cramped ATM area when busy. Avoid this bank!
Excellent customer service
Don't go for notary in this branch even if you have multiple chase accounts. They're not keen into providing this service. They made me wait, and said we cant do it because the form with my picture and signature on it must be done at their premises, 'suggested to print the form again around the area and comeback.
