Do not under any circumstance use this location. ATM did not dispense cash. Teller inside said the money would be back in account in a couple hours. After 3 days of the money not coming back to account I filed a claim. My account is now frozen for fraud. I would avoid BofA all together if you can. But if you cant, DO NOT use this location.
Started out this bank wasn't to awful bad, except for usually having only 1 teller. 99% of the time that's all there is. But after this month and lack of them not handling business properly I have to get yet another card. That's where the 1 star rating comes in. I walked in at my regular branch to get a temp card and was told to come back tomorrow. I wouldn't of had to walk in if the card that the phone support people told today 5/3/19 would have came. So, they expect me to tell my online bill accounts that I can't pay because the bank said to come back tomorrow. AND IT'S THE BANKS FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
these people dont know how to do their job they had me waiting for more than an hour to tell me that if i want to open an account with them that i need an appointment when i specifically said i wanted to open an account with them. dont you think you would have asked first if i had an appointment and at what time so they could attend me. but no i wasted my time here and i had asked to get out early of my job just to do this.
Please fix ATM. I have been banking with BoA for 2 months only and am veey disappointed. ATM deposits have issue all the time posting correct amount or availability and these are cash deposit. I have had issue 3+ times already and cant even dipute transaction until its posted and that takes a long time as well. Very disappointed and hope my money gets posted. Recepit printed wrong amount posted. Having to wait 90min doesnt help at all.
The Bank manager here is a complete dunce. Terrible, terrible customer service. No merchant line. And awful time management. I have never worked at a bank, but I can tell you on Fridays, Saturday's, and before holidays I'd have more than 2 tellers working. Especially when if the company spend thousands putting up bulletproof glass in front of th 6-7 other teller spots.. ANY BUSINESS DO NO BANK HERE! IT WILL COST YOU TONS OF TIME WAITING FOR THEM. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER OR SHUT IT DOWN. LAZY EMPLOYEES, LAZY MANAGERS!
management is really rude and they treat there customers with arrogance. customer service needs to be improved line is always long and they don't do anything about it. 3 workers standing around, only 1 teller working.
One tell every Friday! How is that good business. I brong my elderly grandfather here every week and always wait along time because they only have one teller working.
Never enough tellers with employees talking to each other all the time... every time I come in here.... 1 teller 4 employees doing nothing .... insane over 30 minute wait just to make a deposit...
Horrible service! I banked with them for 4 years and let me tell you, this bank is always packed, because they only have two employees at the front desks, and I always see employees in the back not doing anything while the line keeps growing!!!
"Lemonade! Lemonade! Get it like grandma made! You know you want it!". Is what a BOA associate said as soon as I walked in to take a break. Reminded me of my first job over at Chase Fields formerly known as Bank One Ballpark, B.O.B as Manager of Desert Ice Enterprises. Luckily there's a The Mesquite restaurant near by where they have the cleanest menudo in the valley to celebrate my upgrade from "Powersuit" to "Variasuit" ,bulletproof. From LV2PHX, it's good to be home but I'm going to need my vest for this one and 7th Ave & Southern..SS banks, no pun intended. Standing post at this locations:Las Vegas, Henderson , Boulder City and Summerlin, North Las Vegas, NV. Sun City, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Chandler, Tempe and Phoenix was no different, as "Las balas duelen un chingo".
