Work Wells Fargo to visit. They make things so hard instead of trying to help. No other was I told the wrong information and had to come back. They didn’t take my time into consideration and try to assist. Also I feel as if they are very racist. The bank is full of Mexicans and mexican workers. Do better Wells Fargo.

Today I went into Wells Fargo and needed information in reference to a lost bank card. Spoke with Bianca, Bank Teller who explained to me the process of using digital wallet as alternative while I waited for my card to come in. She was very patient with me as I am not very techy. She explained to me in detail exactly how digital wallet worked. And how I could scan my phone at some retail stores which was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Wells Fargo for hiring such a excellent employee.
The atm was out of service and the sun blaring down makes it hard to see the screen. I do think they need an shaded canopy over the drive thru atm. I go inside on Friday 13th and the line is 13 people long. SO when I am at the teller I announce issues. I fainted inside the bank. The security guard didn't do anything I was Awoken by the teller and a bi standered and manager. Thx for your help
This is the Closest Wells Fargo for me to use during my Lunch time IT IS THE SLOWEST SERVICE 20+ People in line ONE TELLER and She Looks Miserable!! Stay away from this branch!
I needed an appointment for wire transfer on Friday, called customer care and was told the latest appointment was on Tuesday. Went to Wells Fargo on 2010 w baseline Rd, they did not have anyone to help make a wire on Friday afternoon.. so walked in to this branch and Jessica helped me within 10 minutes.. also a shout out to the greeter at the door, I could not get her name in my rush, who scheduled me with Jessica..
What has happened to this bank? Slow service. Uninterested employees. The place felt like a homeless shelter. Won't be doing any business with this bank. So many good ones to choose from, both brick and mortar and online. Put your money where they care. Avoid Wells Fargo.
This the closest Wells Fargo branch that we have to our business,that helps,but Juanita the lady that is the business teller is rude and looks like she is not doing her job with pride and satisfaction. Normally all the others are nice and ever receiving you with an smile..
Long lines and only 2 tellers helping customers for a Saturday.
January 2nd, they were obviously closed yesterday because of the holiday and only 2 bankers with 25+ people in line. Terrible terrible bank
