Amazing customer service. All employees are above and beyond in service. Today I am forced to rate them 5 stars because of great positive attitude by Nick. There is Juan who reminds me one of my colleagues named Shujat Durrani. They always work fast and with a smile. Love this bank. Manager and the guy at deposit section are also great.
Understaffed. No system of managing customers. I had to wonder around for 15 mins cluelessly before leaving the branch. Total waste of my time.
Place is heavily understaffed so expect to wait for a while. Staff is very friendly so it makes up for the long waits. Never had an issue with them or with any banking
I went in to make a transaction with a personal banker and I asked the front desk guy before I was going to sit down if I had the right documents for the transaction. He stated “yes.” After waiting 30 mins and the bank was going to close... the personal banker told me I didn’t have the correct documents. I just spent 30 mins waiting in the lobby when I could have gone home to grab what I needed after talking to the desk person. As a representative of a Financial company he should have had the tools necessary and accessible to him so that he can answer questions accordingly.
Just left this location and they said there systems have been down all day.. And then as we are waiting for the ATM to at least deposit out checks and guy comes out and says we can get up to $400 In cash and the rest will clear the next day which we have known. And we said yes that's why we are depositing them.. And he gave us a dirty look and just walked away. Talk about rude. All the other employees on the inside just stair and laugh, not professional at all and to encourage your personal agents to be rude like that. Never going here again, its not even worth the location to be open till 7 because there always is a problem.
ZERO STARS 0/0 they put me on hold for 3 hours!!! W t f I just need to get my card number. Save your self the trouble and go to chase this is a trash bank. They open fake credit card accounts and we actually won a class action lawsuit, garbage customer service, no atms anywhere.
This is one of the worst banks out there. I used to bank with Wells Fargo. I cancelled my accounts. This branch is particularly bad. My dad is still banking with them and so I went in for their notary service with my dad. They refused us service and said that they don't do notary. Well, I don't enjoy being lied to. I have received notary service here at least a dozen times. Totally reinforced why I dropped Wells Fargo. Do your self a favor and get with USAA, Navy Federal, or TCF.
This place does have staffing shortage but makes up with courteous staff.. I went for a wire transfer on Friday afternoon at 2.30 pm.. Was told no staff present to help but I can make appointment for monday.. I requested them to make an appointment and told them I will try central ave branch next, in case my work gets done there then I won't show on monday.. I got my work done in central ave branch and dint keep my Monday appointment.. Staff was willing to listen to everything I said and help while I solutions a quick way to get my work done, willing to keep a backup appointment for me, it was Nick..
I've been to this branch multiple times within the last 2 months. The service is always professional yet personable. Every encounter with multiple employees has been exceptional. Thanks, Marian
