3rd world service , long waiting time , not enough workers, horrible 70s waiting room , needs new carpet, etc,etc,etc...
Only 1 working atm and no sign indicating that the other one was broke
This bank needs to be shut down or replace the workers with robots seriously worse service and the wait time is ridiculous
Best customer service I have gotten in ages! Roycelyn has everything ready to go. Explained our account right and answered all questions accordingly. Made sure my mobile app was updated and even updated my profile to ALL matching addresses. All agreements were printed off and explained! GREAT SERVICE!!!
