Once again the ATM doesn't work. This place has the worst atm track record.

I work at a car dealership and had a customer using them for financing. Dexter made the process so long and difficult the customer ended you going with our financing instead. The worst credit union I have ever dealt with in my 7 years in the business.

Not sure what's going on with Smart Financial, but the experience is going to the dumpster quick. I drive across town to use the atm and it's not working. My favorite location that I frequented the most closed down completely, and it seems that all current branches are no longer centralized to Houston.

great time to open a new account. Looking for great features during this crisis /credit union is opened during this crisis ?, is the drive thru a hassle ?, etc. Smart Financial did NOT pass . Disappointed.

There is no ATM machine outside or inside. You must stand in line only 2 of the virtual tellers work. This is the most inconvenient location and the most frustrating experiences I ever have had a any banking establishment. I wonder if it's because it's in a poor community.

Love this credit union. It is simple one of the best, they have a great costumer care. They help went ever you need help. The place where it located at is awesome and very clean. I will recommend this place to anybody looking to have its firs ban account.
