Terrible. ATM took all my money but only credited me $300. Now I have to wait 10 days for an “investigation”. Meanwhile my business orders are on hold. What is their insurance in place for then? It really takes 10 days for them to open their atm and count!?!! Terrible.
The manager went far and beyound to help me hats off to a big thank you.!
This location is always crowded. It's only one teller working all the time. Bank of America clearly wants to lose accounts based on customer service Where is the loyalty!
They are great!! , just went to open an account and I was in a hurry , I got out on time. Very great service love it!
