Worst bank ever! Take your money elsewhere! RUN!!!! I have a home that is 1 house but it is divided by the state in 2. They didn’t understand Although I have all my bills, taxes and EVERYTHING under that one address! But a bank can’t capture that? Btw the staff in the bank itself are really nice this was a corporate person named Gina who handled my case and only spoke with me on the phone and at that she said she had already heard what I had to say and if I wasn’t going to add anything to it that she had other customers to attend to. RUN!!
As I am typing this, I’ve been the next car after the one in front of me for 30 minutes. Neither line is moving. 4:10pm now got here at 3:40. I think they have ONE teller doing all of this. Service is abhorrent. Google needs to update the “people spend about 10 minutes here” bs it’s more like 30-60 min
I am a member of PNC Bank and I went to the Harrisburg location today to possibly cash my settlement check at that time I encounter the most scene and none verbal racial injustice I have ever had to endure. I am a trans female, who not only induced discrimination from the employee, but I was treated as if I was less A human being and I was looked up In a form that clearly stated with no communication, but Nonverbal communication that my services was not needed. I will No longer allow this financial institution to represent me in my finances. Furthermore, I respectfully reject any apology that is being presented because it’s only coming out Of guilt. Racial injustice, gender, discrimination, and Criminal profiling Was presented and 100% presented nonverbal and it hurts but still I stand
I went to get a notary for a birth certificate replacement for my passport. The lady at the door told me that she didn’t know what type of notary services they offered and that she would contact the branch manger. When the branch manager arrived, she also didn’t know. She had me wait there while she was typing and all of a sudden I heard “Secretary of the State“ which came from the computer she was typing away on. I asked: “how will you find the answer there” She claimed she hit the wrong button, however, it was obvious she was not looking for the answer at all! Mind you I had a flight to catch! So as I continued to wait, I contacted PNC and they told me what notary services they offered. It literally took me two minutes to find out something that they both should know or would have been able to find out sooner then me, the customer! Additionally, when the security guard walked out she stated to the manager, “Call me if you need me” What!! I was not using foul language! Nor did I make any threats! So that too was unnecessary and unprovoked. Needless to say, I will be contacting corporate not just because they didn’t know the aspects of their job, but more so because they blatantly didn’t care to find out! Moreover, I would expect a branch manager would behave with more grace and compassion for her customers and lead by example.
very difficult to deal with! Their system is trash. months after you update your address they don't update it and then you can't do anything with your account. Had to switch to a different bank to save myself the trouble. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes. It was poor before the epidemic. Now it's simply sad. UPDATE: 3/5/2021 they're getting better!
ATM is always busted!!! How can I get any cash when it's always busted?!!! Especially on the weekends!...moving foward.... it's been about a month with NO ATM AT ALL!!!! What the hell is going on?!!!! Cut rate bank!!! Don't get me wrong the staff inside has always been very helpful but that damn ATM issue is unacceptable!!!
ZERO stars. Maria, Mariana, and Guillermo Martinez supposed district manager apparently don't know the first thing about running a bank. Everyone can understand Spring 2020 has been very difficult but it is no excuse to disregard customers so blatantly. My father and I have been getting the round around for the past few weeks regarding a good amount of money. Its up in the air and they cant give us an answer, many people are working from home but if the people in your "back office" cant help you out PICK UP THE PHONE and demand an answer or maybe get employees who are able to assist in stressful times. BBVA customers service main line isn't great help either, more of a joke without proper grammar. Times like these are supposed to bring communities together in order to keep business and people going, with services provided by a branch like this there's no reason for it to keep taking up space.
Is this even a bank? The heck is the gross run down place. Customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I don’t bank with these people but I feel bad for my friend’s mom who did. Goodness if this was the banking standard of the United States...... I am extremely happy that she isn’t dealing with this poor excuse of a place they call a “Bank” anymore.
Best customer service. It is Temporarily Closed due to increased rise in covid in Houston. Must travel to make withdrawals. Might settle to pay fee from use of another institution. This is acceptable in times like these. Thank you Compass for your service, in Jesus name
