This Chase bank here in 5th Ward is super trashy. They don’t manage the facility well at all. The lines are always long clearly a staffing issue and their customer service is anything but. Chase needs to invest more in this branch. It’s a shame.
They don't notarize deeds here? My team on Almeda Rd.d thankfully, but here they make up their own rules.
Horrible customer service, they refuse to help customers 50 minutes before closing. That is super ridiculous.

I just tried to use the Atm at the Lockwood location. It makes no sense to have three ATM and all of them are not working. They stay out of order more than they work. I am very disappointed with this branch.
