Wells Fargo Bank

I went there after my work, I was so tired but I totally changed when I started talking with an associate personal banker there named Sloan Lizette Lopez. She is soooo kind, energetic, helpful and patient. I asked a lot of questions about opening a savings account and applying for a credit card and she really helped me with everything I needed. The bank was so clean and in peace and I had one of my best experiences there. Thanks to Sloan and the security guy there.

Never had I ever seen metal fence around a bank entrance.. that speaks for itself we were hoping to get money from the ATM during the day but went to another location because there are many homeless people near and IN the drive thru area I’m sure we could’ve managed but imagine being put in that situation and being asked for money just be aware of your surroundings and go elsewhere if it looks unsafe

I’m not sure what the bank is like during the day, but at night, this has to be the scariest ATM stop I’ve ever made. My first time stopping here, it was very sad to see the area and homeless people living near the atm area. I wanted to make my transaction as fast as possible looking in all directions. This is a major city issue that Wellsfargo needs to address.

The staff here is friendly and courteous.

Very friendly employees I got greeted when I entered. I went to the teller and the teller I got was a trainee. She was very polite and helped me. I thought she was going to take longer which I didn't had a problem with but she was fast. Is a small place Spanish speaking staff mainly because of the area. Too bad the Metro Rail stop which is right in front brings too many unwanted people to the parking lot

I love that this is my local branch. All the employees are kind, take the time to help each customer, but also move quickly. The branch manager Richard makes himself available to personally help customers, and makes you feel truly welcome.

Anthony at the Fulton location is the BEST!!!! Excellent customer service!!! He will forever be listed as #1 in customer service in my book

Today 09/12/2018 I visited the bank, at Fulton street. The Mexican lady working here she literally skipped me and helped another Mexican lady who came behind me. Talking about she called first. Very unprofessional.

I have not entered this or any location yet because of the convenience that is Wells Fargo. I can control everything from the app and deposit at the ATM but its 2 minutes from me...
