BBVA Bank

Very rude front desk/security! The bank informed me that the ATM is accessible until 7pm and the lady at the front desk/security said they were closed even though it was 6:15pm and they were very rude about it.

The tellers are always friendly, and being a customer there they have helped me out numerous times with confusing Bank transactions. Update: BBVA was bought by PNC and they suck now. Looking for a new bank now.

BBVA Compass has horrible customer service, specifically any communication by phone. It's taken 2+ hours of waiting, only to be hung up on. I have also been penalized for not responding to documentation that they never sent me. The integrity and reliability of this bank deserves ZERO stars.

This is the best place to do banking. You couldn't ask for better personalized help. Brenda and Amber are awesome. I trust them to the fullest.

Brenda Serna runs the branch and she's fantastic. Great customer service and very helpful. If you have any issues with BBVA I'd strongly suggest contacting her.

I would give this institution ZERO stars if I could. Their level of incompetence is without peer. I have held a car loan with them for 5 years and have been put through HELL in trying to get my final payment arranged. Dealing with their phone service is an exercise in futility. Why they just couldn't take the final payment straight from my account like every other payment is beyond me. HOURS on the phone and I am still not convinced I will get my title.

The employees are awesome. Very friendly at this branch and really take their time to explain. The bank is not friendly though. They will not hesitate to charge you fees after fees.

Delt with Brenda Serna, applied for a loan, she was quick, friendly and informative. Don't forget to bring your parking ticket to get validated.
