This bank lacks so much professionalism. The wait time for the lobby is ridiculous. They only have one person working half the time. Every time I go I see the manager in her office on her phone not doing anything or even jumping in to help. Other Wells Fargo banks are not like this. This location definitely needs more workers and a better manager
The tellers are nice and helpful but woefully understaffed. I’ve never been here without a long wait just to make deposits. Additionally, whether you go to this location at 2:30 or 10:30, the only person who is a notary is not there. The teller suggested the Heights location but they couldn’t guaranty a notary would be in the bank without an appointment. The teller suggested another location that is close that has two people on staff who are notaries. Possibly someone at WF could stop treating the Taylor street location like they expect to close it soon? Maybe it’s my age showing but it used to be that multiple bank employees were notaries. Is that not a thing anymore?
You would think with all the bad reviews they would do something. I have to wait at least 30 minutes every time I need to get into my safe deposit box. They literally have two people running this bank. The people are nice but the Managment obviously does not care about customer service!
Worst bank in Houston! This place is a joke. Other banks have less fees! Do not bank here!! Wells Fargo followed up with me and they had more useless "can't help" resolution. It'll be worth it once I fully switch banks! Can't wait!
Second time there.... only one teller for the front and the back. She trys her best but wow only one!! Long waits
Worst service and condescending employees at this location. Me and my wife have banked with Wellsfargo for over 20 years and have never had any bad experiences until now. I always send my wife to cash and turn around and deposit my check. Have been doing it that way for years now at multiple locations and never had a problem. But at this location they seem to have a problem doing that, they wouldn't even allowed her to just deposit check.
Had an appointment to speak with a banker, last minute they cancelled my appointment due to being Over booked, the lady that cancelled my appointment didn’t try to help me at all, just said she couldn’t help me and had to cancel my appointment since they where booked, I took my time to call Wells Fargo customer service to make this appointment. Will never schedule with this location, bad customer service.
This was my primary go to branch, and never had a issue, but I went in to open my first business account at the end of last week and the service specialist lady that I worked with had a very off-putting attitude. They really need to move her to a position that doesn't interact with customers. I'm also going to start looking into another bank. Every time I have to interact with Wells Fargo outside normal banking transactions, there is always some weird hurdle they make you go through. In this case they require the manager mentioned on my LLC formation to be present to open the bank account despite the fact that I am the primary on the LLC. I did not see this mentioned on the Wells Fargo website when I was reviewing the different business accounts.
This review is only for Daniel Martinez. I came in for some documents I need for tax purposes. Another banker had tried to help me with it back in June but I never received the said document. Mr Martinez was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with this time sensitive problem. However, I find that Wells Fargo itself is very hard to deal with. I had commercial loans with this bank for the past 5 years but had numerous problems with them Very convoluted, hard to get in touch with the right people, etc. So the 5 star review definitely does not apply to the bank itself.
I'm not a fan of banks but Marlonde was very helpful, her customer service is excellent as well as her knowledge of banking and the Wells Fargo framework. Thank you!!
