Amazing customer service! The guys here are really helpful and informative.

Always 2 tellers . It's the closest location to me , like I have a choice. Super busy all the time, u would think they would at least have 3 tellers .

14:50 today the bank branch is not working and it’s suppose to work till 16:00.

This location had very little wait time if any and the staff were very helpful. I have no idea where the bad reviews came from based on my experience, possibly different staff. Nevertheless this will be my preferred BOA location moving forward. Thank you!

I DO NOT FEEL SAFE at this location. I was followed from the bank lobby and robbed nearby. Obviously there are major safety concerns. The bank hasn’t even called me back about this, and this branch is know. For never answering its local phone number.

AMAZING customer service. Especially one of the banker's there Breona Blankenberg. She is informative and helpful ! No wait on a saturday too!

They have changed the hours of operation, but did not change their hours on there doors! 6 cars have come up in the past few minutes while I was waiting, the tellers are usually pretty good here but obviously management doesn't give a care!
