My experience was not drive-thru, it was Heights walk-in lobby. My experience is consistent excellent customer service for many years.
I have been a member of this credit Union for almost 10 years.. Have applied for car loans twice and a personal loan on yesterday for 3000...and have the funds currently in my account to back the loan and get denied every time.. But I was approved in minutes at another institution in minutes for 3500 with a cheaper interest rate. Got denied there for auto loans and get approved everywhere else. What a waste of my time... Yet I can walk in today and get a holiday express loan for 1000.00 at 18% interest. It is my opinion that your institution is not in business of helping good people but instead trying to make a quick buck. I will be looking for a new credit union.
We have been members for over twenty years and the personal approach works for me. Very professional, prompt and Tara Houston from the Heights and the Management Team personal touch complete a good experience. Very informative of services and products offered!! One atop shop and I can focus on everything else while my banking is secure
I made an appointment to see one of the members, but they were out for that day. Lesley Paulus stepped in and took care of all of my banking needs. She has a very willing attitude. I usually take care of my banking online, and I only go inside when it is absolutely necessary. I have been a member for 10 years, and I have always been treated with the utmost respect from the various members at this location.
Be extremely careful when getting a personal loan. I was shown a nice interest rate of 8.5% for a personal loan, little did I know it was 8.5% a day at the principle balance. If I was just to pay the balance due every month over a course of 5yrs mature time I would have paid well over 25% in actual interest of the total loan. I noticed this 1.5 years into the loan and immediately paid it off. They may have mentioned the fine details of the loan when I got it but it's absurd to pay over 25% in actual interest and display a nice 8.5% interest rate to the eyes of everyday people who just need a loan. Will never get a loan of this type again.
Stunned to be charged a fee to cash a check. I didn’t cash it. Maybe I am naive but a check is a promise to pay and now that promised amount has been diminished by incurring a fee. Feels very predatory but maybe that’s the goal.
I have had the worst banking experience ever here! I have been with Credit Unions for over 10 yrs and Primeway off Washington Ave. has been the worst! I have struggled with them taking an error they made off my credit for over a year! I have called and emailed and they refuse to conduct business in a professional manor. The customer service here is very poor and I do not recommend this bank to anyone. They denyed me a loan based off an error they made and still have not corrected it! Even after speaking with management multiple times over the last year they are rude and do not take the time to listen and correct the error. If you plan on getting loans through them think again. I had a total loss on a vehicle that was not my fault and they still wrote my vehicle off and let it hit my credit multiple times, after receiving the insurance checks they needed. This has ruined my life and left me struggling through my recovery after the car accident. This bank was very cruel to my situation and left me homeless and without a vehicle due to this error. At the moment I am still edition for them to correct the error. This is a very sad and unprofessional situation they left me in.
Primeway is great! When and if I had a problem they were prompt in correcting it..Always professional and courtesy. Hope to one day soon get a loan for a home. Oh by the way..Jonathan was awesome.. and my loan officer..forget her name but she know who she is.. Great job!
My move from a big bank to Primeway was the best financial decision I've made in a long time. There is personal service, if there's ever a problem, it's been easily fixed. The customer service is outstanding, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who qualifies for membership, and I've referred several satisfied customers.
