Had a great experience opening up a joint account. Brian was super helpful and kind. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Thank you!

Tried calling to make an appointment to open an account and no one answers. Walked in and manager says "no one is available" and they dont answer the phone "because too busy." There were 6 employees I could see there all with no customers as I was only one there. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I like this Chase Bank location because of it's proximity to Walmart and Sprouts. All of the times I have gone into the lobby, service was friendly and expeditious.

Will not execute wire transfers or cashier check issuance. Claimed "COVID Pandemic" was prohibiting them from proceeding. Even with successful two-factor authentication they refused to provide service and failed fiduciary responsibility. Unacceptable and illicit practice from Chase.

No matter what I come into this bank for I've had to wait for long periods of time. There is no sense of urgency with any employee and if you need to speak to a banker that could easily take an hour without being acknowledged by any staff members

Great branch, rarely crowded and the bankers were great. We always worked with Fahad who was nothing short of spectacular - - very helpful and attentive, we would highly recommend working with him if you have the chance!

They are the best! I lost my debit card and called chase hotline, which informed me of this chase location which gives you a temporary debit card on the spot I walked in and I was attended as soon as I walked in. The personal Banker was helpful and attentive to my needs. I was Happily out the door within 10 mins!! Thank you!
