Devin Cook is very rude. Gave me wrong information. The manger Rick Saner as well. I canceled cards etc due to these two employees. She has a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional.
This branch has hours posted on Google AND on their lobby glass door for being open on Saturdays from 9-12. Today at 10:50am I arrived at the branch and it was closed. The doors were locked and lights were off. I tried calling this location while standing outside and no one answered. In the 4 minutes I was there 4 other customers drove up, so Region's please know that you really inconvienced several customers today. This was a very dissapointing experience. I hope you do better in the future.
ATM hardly ever works at this location. It's very frustrating since Regions charges transaction fees for using other ATM's. I've been with them for almost 20 years but have never been happy with their service or loan rates and stayed with them out of laziness in not wanting to deal with switching to another bank. There are so many better and more convenient options now, I'll be switching soon and closing my account at Regions.
I needed something resolved on two occasions and Chris never called me back. I never experienced such horrible customer service before where you are totally ignored. I decided to switch my bank locations now and they have actually helped me. Its always professional to call a customer back.
Worst service ever. Flor Barrero took 2 hours to submit a simple line of credit application! Picked apart every dollar going in and out of the business like an IRS Examiner. You’re a BANKER. Just do your job and let underwriting deal with underwriting.
SLOWEST BANK in the history of banks. I'm not sure why they have a commercial lane...it always takes twice as long as the cars in the regular lanes to get through. No exaggeration: I have never made a deposit in less than 15 minutes here. It's usually more like 20 and one time even 30!!!
TERRIBLE!!!! over a year i have cashed the same check from the same person every single month!!!! never once has it bounced or given a single issue to the bank to cash, ive even been allowed to cash the check with a negative balance before and deposited some of the cash into the acct. *when you cash a check they place a ridiculous hold time on it* so i opt to cash it instead and then deposit cash to show and immediate deposit. Today I LEFT WORK to do this as I have done mannnny times before and not only did they WASTE my time but I lost money from missing work as well!!!! I am switching banks!
The only ATM accessible at night never works when I try to stop by this location at night. Please fix!!!
The ATM here is not in service a majority of the time. Then you need to use a drive thru teller to get some money...and that takes 10 minutes or more.
Every time I go to this location I am greeted and waited on. I've had this bank for a year now don't go very often but when I do I never have issues.
