Called in with a question about a weird fee in my small business account - Patricia was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to figure it out for me. Great customer service!

This branch is terribly incompetent. They can’t help you with the most simple tasks. I always end up having to go to a different branch. Save yourself and go to the River Oaks location.
