Great people. Great help that's always ready to help, even asking you over And over. Too bad the manager just left, but it seems like the new one is as good and as knowledgeable A good place to bank

We've waited over an hour for a simple notary. That's after they're "oh sure, we'll be right with you". Their poor customer service is why I quit banking with them in the first place. Some things never change.

It's a bank. It's Bank of America. Depending on the staff, sometimes it's great. Try to avoid when it's busy because you can end up waiting 30 minutes just to cash a check or something. People really unleash in these reviews, often for no good reason lol

People are rude and are always making you wait. Not to mention They are confrontational

Only visited once but they were fast and attentive. The drive-thru ATM is around the corner, which is a bit confusing. Also a walk up ATM in front though.

Tellers are not enough, they dont even have a drive thru I suggest you increase your personnel so we do not wait so long in line having only one teller at the window

Small and very friendly. I get things done very quick at this location.
