Customer service isn’t bad but this is the WORST banking service ever. I wish I’d read the reviews before opening an account. 1 Biggest absurdity is that you can’t ACH accounts outside of this banking institution. This is an illogical policy that shouldn’t even qualify this place as a bank. 2 Zelle transactions are LIMITED TO ONLY $100 PER DAY while my main bank is $5,000. 3 Zelle charges $1 for every single use. It’s an insignificant amount but the point of Zelle is that it should be free. At this rate, it would take me 30 days and $30 just to transfer $3,000. Ridiculous. 4 Once the new customer comes to the realization that this bank is a scam, you’ll be charged a $25 fee for closing the account within 90 days of opening. Day 91 can’t get here fast enough!
I have been with them over 14yrs deposit check by mobile is horrible it does not and i still have to go to thw bank to do deposit the tellers always have excuses for the horrible work. They charge every little thing
So after using their services for the first time, I decided to give them a try and open a business checking that is FREE if you have at least $250 in it. NO OTHER REQUIREMENTS. We opened up a small business concept that never took off. So we never had the use for the account. We left the money alone for about a year and half before realizing we never closed the checking account. When, I went in to close it, I realized the amount in it was dwindled over that time period. Which should NOT have happened since, the account was free. Remind you, I NEVER once received debit cards or any kind of paperwork explaining the usage of the account. So under some investigating, the teller was able to determine that the reason it has reduced by so much was they were charging a $10 return mail fee. I had never heard of this, but the way she explained it was, that we were set up to receive our statements monthly via mail never asked us if we wanted them emailed. At some point, we had moved from the initial address, and the mail was returned to sender. For this bank they charge $10 for each returned mail. Which doesn't make sense, since I do understand there is a cost in printing and mailing statements, but the service itself was FREE, so if I received it and discarded it, it would have still cost the business the same amount of money. But instead, I didn't even get the benefit of getting it but was charged $10? If it was just 1 returned mail fee, at least I could accept it as their business practice. However, after the first returned mail, wouldn't it make sense to STOP sending them? So instead, they continued to send them for 12 consecutive months and charging $10 for each piece of return mail. Before placing the account into a dormant status. So after, sucking it up, that it was a flawed system, I had to make a $1 deposit just to make it active again. But wait...I have to wait 24 hours before it becomes active again to close it. I have heard horror stories from the big banks nickle and diming you, but really this is supposed to be a smaller local bank you can trust. NEVER BANK WITH THESE FLAWED AND CROOKED COMPANY.
Do not do any business banking with this bank. They will lie to you to get your company money into there bank and twist the language within there policy to hold and profit off your companies funds.
Horrible customer service! Without looking at my account clerk inaccurately told me about my account and came up with excuses! Clerk was hesitant in printing statements for me and suggested I log on to get them. She also kept suggesting that any error was on my part not theirs. Clerk's name is Diamond, a was horrible at her job. With a name like that she should go back to her night job!!
Lost my business. I was all for them until I got charged every single day for an overdraft item. By the time I got paid all my check is gone. I closed my account and got with another bank. Never again will I go back.
They are not willing to give loans to their long term customers--unlike other banks-they help their customers in any way possible
This is a good bank I injoy the people that work there
this bank is the worst. They will con you and nake excuses for everything
Lost $100 to this shady back for a fee that they didn't disclose. Can't get it back now.
