Wells Fargo Bank

Horrible customer service...and that includes the bank "manager". They couldn't care less about their customers or actually providing help. I am so mad with how I was treated, I am researching which bank I want to move to. I no longer want to bank with such a rude bunch of people.

Customer service is terrible! When there was diversity, things were better. I don't know what this mess is they've created now.

Horrible service, Wells Fargo is becoming so incompetent. Considering on switching banks. They try and try to fix the current issues but eventually sum up the proper formula to correct those issues

Holy cow. I’ve been sitting in line now for more than 20 minutes and not a single car has moved through the drive-thru. What on earth is going on here???

Worst service ever!!!! Don’t go there. I didn’t see they have 2 points in reviews. People if you don’t bring good customer service you gonna broke your business

Thanks for being there for my emergency need. The drive-thru ATM in the back is well lit. The sign is well lit. But the rest is not. Be careful when you cone at night.
