Staff is completely unprofessional and clearly had no respect for minorities.  I will never use this bank and i will advise everyone i know to do the same.  Until they are committed to treating all members within the community they serve with dignity and respect they will continue to receive poor reviews and loss of members.

I been with this branch for a good while recently tried to get a auto loan and there underwriters are terrible they don’t help out one bit at all so I will be looking for a new credit union very soon so I can close out my accounts from this credit union ASAP!

Horrible service, fees that are no different than Chase or any other bank. Avoid Resource One, they don't care. UPDATE: I did contact customer service, and their supervisor, and tried to reach two branch managers who were both out to lunch. Twice. This is a #Racist bank without scruples. BBB complaint has been filed for $90 in fees.

I don't live in Houston, my residence is 300 miles away, been with them 20+ years, I have all my vehicles and my home with them, they're great, in the time with them, I've only been here one time. Always there for me.

I have been having trouble getting into my account on my phone. Today I went to my bank on 43rd and told the person at the counter that I can not access my account and and she took the time to help me ...very professional and overall nice people.keep up the good work...thanks
