The few workers are nice, but only 2 or 3 workers are employed to attend drive thru , indoor cashier, and desk attendees. Please hire more workers. Joe and Gloria Granados Houston, TX 77018.
All of my business accounts were compromised. Note all my accounts are locked. I go into the branch and they tell me I have to make an appointment they can’t see me same day. Customer service doesn’t exist. I ask can I go to another branch to get help. Reply was you can try. Not let me try to help you.
I have a fraud problem my teen made a mistake and Wells Fargo is actually at fault by allowing the fraud additionally at 1:30 pm there were no bankers available nor a bank manager to discuss the problem * couldn't even make an appointment to speak to a manager * after being a customer for over 10 years I received zero help !!! Definitely need to find a new bank!!! Do not use this Bank they assist scammers to defraud you!
Why is there always just 1 drive thru lane open? I just don't understand why they do this to people.
Worst Wells Fargo customer service north of 610. I attempted to call Karla Fernandez, Service Manager II but did not receive a response. I waited outside for approximately 20 minutes before Nadia, a customer service rep asked me if I made an appointment because all of the appointments for the day were booked. I didn't need an appointment, just to speak to a teller about a wire transfer. I was met with a rude, condescending attitude from Nadia, who told me that I would have better luck trying to do a wire transfer on my home computer than going into a branch. Lack of customer service and a classless attitude is not what I was expecting from my 15 years with Wells Fargo - both business and personal. This incident and the lack of responsiveness from Karla has made me seriously reevaluate my "relationship" with Wells Fargo. I am sure Frost, Prosperity, BBVA, Resource One, or Chase would be happy to inherit this relationship.
I’m writing this review both before and during the pandemic. The associates and staff at this particular branch are professional and friendly. The brevity of their work is exemplary and I only wish it would be contagious to the other branches in the area. I travel farther to this branch because of this reason. I have other Wells Fargo nearby our offices and this by far has provided my staff and me customer service that is well above and beyond expectations. Keep up the good work.
I have the lowest of expectations and I'm still disappointed. I just don't understand the wait time at this bank. It's at least an hour wait to make a simple deposit. This place sets the tone for my entire day. Do better, Wells Fargo.
This is by far the best Wells Fargo I've ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was having a bad morning and Eloise I believe was her name was so kind! She could've simply helped me with what I went for but she provided some of the best customer service I've ever had and made me feel better. So thank you! I truly appreciate staff that really cares!
This bank, ELLA BLVD, 1350 W 43RD ST HOUSTON, TX, 77018, has used the pandemic to further lower its service standards. While the staff is always courteous the wait times are almost always bad and now terrible. 2 weeks ago I made the mistake of trying to make a deposit Saturday morning about 11, I got out about 12. Today, a Tuesday, at 1 PM, drive through took 30 minutes. Obviously without staff profitability goes up for a while and people have been wonderfully forgiving in the pandemic but using the pandemic is wrong. A business which is holding our money needs to be accessible, man up the counters like your competitors and provide your services.
I'm done with Wells Fargo. As reported by the news media so so so many times they do not always operate above board. We got a taste of that tricky behavior first hand. 3 of us participated in a bonus promotion. We followed and met the deposit requirements to the letter ACCORDING to the Wells Fargo banker but only 1 of us recieved the bonus. We've been fighting for the bonus for several months and can't receive it if we take our money out of Wells Fargo. There are too many banks and credit unions out there to feel and to continue to be mistreated by Wells Fargo. There's nothing special enough about them to stay. Buyer beware!
