ATM has higher fee and greater limitation on how much you can withdraw than competitors.

Fabulous service!!! Angelica is a wonderful, very professional person. She was extremely helpful and made things easy. Often banks can have illogical policies and cumbersome procedures . Angelica work through all this to help me with my issues. She surpassed the customer service I had received at the branch on 34th and Shepherd those people are just plain RUDE. I highly recommend this branch!

This bank is amazing from the manager who greets you personally to all of the staff and bankers. My financial advisor is patient and knowledgeable and has kept in touch in spite of the rollercoaster that was this last year. I can always get my questions answered with a smile. Special shot out to Larry and Jennifer who make our lives much easier!

I had a frustrating morning but the management at this branch were finally able to resolve my problem. They also added a personal touch. Way to turn a bad experience into a good one!

Weak - I made an appointment online to open up an account at this location. After arriving, they mentioned that this location doesn't deal with opening accounts. The least they could have done was pull through one time after their system messed up since the bankers were not even busy when I got there. Wow, or at least they could have set up the account with me standing 10 feet away if they are that worried about Covid-19.

Worst chase ever! They didn't let me deposit without my debit card or ID. It's a deposit, why does it matter who is depositing money? If it were being taken out of the account then I would understand. This makes no sense!

Friendly staff. Old location but new building. Only two teller windows. There are three ATMs inside with higher limits. There is also one ATM outside at the entrance. Disappointed that all the Drive-thru lanes are now ATMs, no more live tellers.
