Ms Crystal provided a warm and cheery welcome, and my banker Ms Rosa was working with the tellers' , assisting me with some account consolidation. If as an employee one is able to be professional whilst being amongst professionals, one is truly blessed; and this is reflected in the customer's experience, as well. Thanks!
There was a lady on the phone around 10.30 am. She was taking care of my claim. Very rude. She should NOT BE taken care of your customers and be fired. Please take me AU COURANT of this complain. MERCI.
This people are chatting in a group and others chatting in the phone and nobody cares I am the only client there waiting for service for 20 minutes and nobody even turn around their head to see if there is a client waiting. All of them is too busy chatting about personal stuff Do they have a supervisor???? May be was chatting also I can hear all of them talking about personal stuff Piss off
The absolute worst! What’s the point of having card entry that doesn’t work! Hate this place.
Hoping for the convenience of a drive-thru ATM off the highway, I was disappointed and spent two minutes driving around the parking lot trying to find an ATM. The location is tucked back on the far end of the shopping center behind another bank and its drive-thru ATM. You have to go inside the storefront location to use the Chase ATM.
Good bank good customer service so far havent had any problems with the bank or customer service..
Stood in line 23 minutes to make a deposit. ??? 2 tellers 10 in line, 3 people in cubicles ?? Problem with money order machine? terrible service
