They can handle most of your needs. If not, then you have to go to a full service branch. If you have a concern or question, call the branch before you drive there. There is one only about a mile away on Longpoint. The manager there is a shared manager, running two locations. She had been in the banking business, sharing her experience for 30+ years. Went to open a savings account with my 14 year old son and had a horrible experience. Was given wrong information several times by Chase employee. We ended up leaving when after 45 minutes exchanging information when we were told he would have to keep a balance of $300 dollars or be charge $5.00 service charge. And my son couldn'the have is own card to acess his own account! This employee clearly wasn't properly trained. I blame the lazy manager. He doesn't care if there is a line at the window he will just sit at his desk and stare at you. We went to another branch where Guillermina Lopez Gigi at the Memorial Parkway branch was Fantastic! Great customer service. She even showed my son how to deposit his money using the ATM. Thank you Gigi for making my son's experience with opening his very first Bank account a positive one!

I am a BOA customer unfortunately and the closest branch doesn't have tellers and the atm machines don't distribute coins. I came to Chase to get actual service. They didn't ask for my account since I brought cash and I was in and out in probably under a minute.

Ricky Clotworthy was amazing. My husband and I went in to update my personal account with my new name and set up a new joint account. He was quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. Will definitely recommend him to everyone!

The sole teller knows less than the customers. Not dressed appropriately. Not groomed facial hair. Feels like I was in a bar. Chase...you guys need to step it up or sell to another bank.

I was able to give zero stars I would.. Horrible experience rude and racist manager!!! I don’t know how she’s a manager with that horrible attitude towards the customers worst chase bank I’ve ever been too!!

There is no drive thru Teller service per posted message. ATM is still open.

Please update site to show you are closed. Very inconvenient to see you are open on website when that is not the case. Waste of time driving here to get help.
