The outside ATM NEVERRRRR works. Day or night either the bank branch is open or not. If you want to use the ATM you have to wait until the bank opens to use the one inside.
The staff here are totally incompetent and not helpful at all. I no longer bank with Chase after coming to this location once for advice.
Should have read the reviews here prior to me setting inside. If I could do a no star o would.
Worst Service ever. Extremely rude bankers to existing customers Of years. Neither the manager nor the staff seemed to know how to read documents. Every time we go we have to wait for hours for anything to be done. As a result of our experience here we are closing all our Chase Bank accounts.
Laraine helped me with deposit and credit card problems. She's been really nice instructing me how to access certain portal so it has been great experience at chase!
Dear god avoid this branch at all costs. I opened a business account with a banker named Eric Poli. He submitted my paperwork wrong and so a week later, asked me to come in because there was a form he forgot to give methis guy is the Vice President of the branch somehow. I went in and signed it but chase “restricted” my account all the same. This means I couldn’t send any money out of the account to pay my guys, buy materials, nothing... so naturally I think that because I submitted the missing form, everything would be resolved, nope! Eric Poli once again submitted that form incorrectly because there’s some kind of button that he needs to press on his dashboard in order for it to go through yet he won’t answer a call, respond to an email, or even check his voicemail I guess. Now I have tens of thousands of dollars trapped in a bank account, I can’t pay my guys, I can’t buy materials, nothing... this branch is a joke. Avoid at all costs
We went to this branch to open an account after consulting with the a specialist at a different branch. We had all the documents in order according to our first consultation. After waiting a moderate period of time, we were told that the only available staff member did not have experience with this type of account, but that he could be guided through the process. When he approached us, it was clear by his attitude that he did not want to carry through this task. He did not take us back to a desk, but instead flipped through our formation documents in the lobby telling us that they probably weren’t sufficient, although it was clear that he wasn’t sure. We quickly decided to leave this branch and work with the much more competent Sugar Land branch. The staff of this office also consulted another woman in the lobby over a sensitive matter, and recommended that she make an appointment. If they do not want to work with clients on a walk-in basis, I suggest that they don’t advertise this option. Very disappointing.
ZERO STARS! WORST BRANCH EVER. BRANCH MANAGER LUCINDAsp? AND ARROGANT PRIVATE BANKER ERIC SHREDDED MY DRIVERS LICENSE AFTER I LEFT IT AT THE BANK! I WAS a customer for 35+ years!. They maintain it is bank policy if a DL is left at bank. WRONG! HAVE TALKED TO OTHER BRANCHES THAT CONFIRMED THAT IS NOT BANK POLICY. THEY SHOULD BOTH NE FIRED! WENT THROUGH HELL GETTING A NEW LICENSE! I'm moving to Wells Fargo who appreciates my business! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS! Ronnie Hankamer
I went to this bank because of their convenient location but..... For the past 4 times I've gone in there I have had to wait forever just to talk to someone. They may be busy but it's hard to tell since many of the bankers there always seem to be congregated in their managers office chatting. During business hours the customer comes first. I know they see me waiting through the glass walls of the office but they glance over at me and continue their conversations with each other until they feel like they are ready. I feel like I'm a second thought when I'm in there and they are in no hurry to help. There is one helpful guy in there who is tall and probably about 40 years old. But if he is busy helping someone else don't expect for anyone to come out and help you anytime soon.
I called the back multiple time to see if I could come in and get a replacement card. After the 4 or 5th phone call someone finally picked up. She advised me that they were very busy and it would be best to go to another location. I told she that's great customer service and I'm sure her Branch Manger would love to hear that. I was hung up on!!! Wow ...
