I went into the bank and used the automatic teller for a withdrawal of $500 in one hundred dollar bills. I wanted brand new or crisp $100 bills for a Super Bowl squares pool. After I withdrew the money and before I could even ask, one of the bank employees roaming the floor asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and she directed me to a teller. I now have my crisp $100 bills. I've been to this branch many times before and every interaction with the employees has been nothing but exceptional. They're truly nice people just simply wanting to help. I'm surprised the Google rating for this branch is so low; they have excellent customer service.
Worst banking experience ever. Opened an business account and deposited a significant amount for a small business to the account. All the checks cleared and the funds were shown as available on the account within 4 business days. After the funds were shown to be available, a wire transfer was initiated only to be rejected. Had to call to find out that Chase had frozen the account because the checks deposited didn't match the business name. If that were the case, why were the checks accepted in the first place?? A day later Chase decided to close the account and refused to release the funds back to the business. At the time the account was opened, it was clearly explained that the business has several DBA's and the documentations were provided. The banker failed to submit all the documents that were provided which caused a nightmare for the business. Chase held on to the money that didn't belong to them for almost 2 months causing a nightmare for the business with rent payment and payroll due among other bills. The amount deposited was very significant for a small business. It took many many hours and days on the phone with Chase to finally have them release the funds that didn't belong to them. It took having to resubmit the same documents that were provided at the time the account was opened to be reviewed by a different department to prove ownership and that the DBA's were tied to the business in order to get the money back. So many wasted hours on the phone and stress from a mistake trying to open an account with Chase. Consumers beware! Go with another bank!
This location's drive through is absolutely terrible! They are always making mistakes on withdrawals and deposits. Would not recommend!
Worst Customer Service Utter Nonsense, non-courteous Rep! They don't accept passport as ID for notary actually they do sometimes and it depends on the person, no rules at all. Ms. her last name starts with G tried behaving/inquiring like an officer when I had account with Chase for past 6 years. She was in the hurry to pack up and leave and not interested in her job. As a reminder, banks exist because of customers, there are banks around you who are doing a better job and your branch is personally my last resort unless you know your job and value customer relations, so folks please avoid this place!
this is a general review of Chase bank. I have been a customer of Chase back for over 15 years. I have an excellent credit history with them and I have two business and two personal credit card accounts with them. I use my credit extensively and I have managed my credit very well. But all of a sudden they cut my limits by over 70% without regard to how I have managed the credit. This is just a bank scam to increase the credit utilization of consumers affecting their credit scores so they can charge more high percent when giving loans. They are nothing but bunch of crooks. I will be closing my accounts with them and take the business somewhere else. Plus they charge very high fees for banking. My advice to everyone is to stay away from Chase bank. This bank is just a blood sucking money hungry bank.
I was here waiting for more than 1 HOUR and 30 minutes, several clients left due to the incompetence, and the waiting time THAT THIS BRANCH HAS. When I asked to talk to the manager she was really rude and told me to go to another branch if I didn't like the waiting time, she also raised her voice at me!!!, and told me that she does not attend people so I asked myself how she can be the manager, she doesn't even know how to treat the clients!!!!!!!!!!!, she passed people who arrived after me and my husband but I think she didn't give us a good service because we were in our weekend clothes pants...However when she saw that we had a huge amount of money to open the account she was trying to convince us to stay, i went to other brach in San Felipe and this branch had more people waiting, and less bankers attending people, and even with all that we were attended way faster than the other branch, just don't go to Richmond branch if you don't want to have the same experience as me. The MANAGER IS RUDE, AND THE LACK OF RESPECT AND COMPETENCE MAKE THIS BANK LOOK LIKE THE WORST. I have some other accounts in Bofa and Compass and believe they don't even have point of comparison whit this terrible service.
Ms. Lacey was awesome and so was the Thanks giving feast
This branch is a prime example of why chase branches are closing. You have 8 people sitting around not helping customers claiming they have appointments, while customers sit there and none of the appointments materialize. So upsetting to see customer service disappear.
Only one teller window for normal height people which is always closed and they have a different excuse every week why it is closed. I called the regional mgr about this issue and she never returned my call. Although they are not busy, they make customers wait. If you are 7 ft tall and have an hour to wait, this is the bank for you.
