not working correctly

I regret walking into this building. Bottom line, my driver's license was stolen and the staff showed no concerns whatsoever. Terrible customer service. Be mindful of your belongings if you visit this place. I would give 0 stars if I could.

What is the point of a bank branch without tellers!? All I wanted from my bank today was a roll of quarters, they don't even carry coins! I had to go to Chase were I was able to receive actual service.

Really awful experience! This branch lacks customer service and wasn't welcoming at all. They need better detailed instructions for non customers making a deposit. The idea of having a virtual teller to make deposits is ridiculous.

I really appreciate Jodi Tharp she's the best banker I ever saw. Thanks Jodi
