Went to the atm to deposit money for groceries for the week . The atm took my money without giving me a receipt now I have to wait for them to investigate and give me my money back.
Supposed to be open till 5pm, I came @4 everything is closed

Have been happy with capital one banking no fees on accounts and always satisfied with this location and the service.
It is a inconvenience to not have the lobby open will never come to this location again sorry service on top of that the teller told me that i need too use the atm
