Chase Bank

Never have all of their full services functional. Couldn't have my document notarized cause there wasn't a notary staff available. Couldn't help setup a business account because a business representative wasn't available. Why then do you offer these services?

I’m counting my money after cashing a check, teller says goodby to me and leave before I finish counting. What’s up with that?

Whis I could give zero stars machine stole my money branch manger thinks i m lying because i m black but I have a video. He says leave are hes calling police. I will leave after you get my money out of machine... its stucks

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE...management SUPER RUDE...I LIVE THREE BLOCKS FROM THIS BRANCH BUT I PREFER TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES TO A DIFFERENT CITY. Just to avoid these rude people. The employees are the refection of management. Very slow drive thru.

I had an appointment with Eduard to open an account. Get to the bank only for someone to tell me he wasn’t in the office that day. Wasted my time, no communication at all.

I ask for new hundred dollars bills. and that was a problem. How can a Bank run out of new bills?
