ATMS never work
These bankers can’t count money to save their lives. They constantly miscount my corporate deposits - leave change out of my change orders and I have to drive all the way back . Just needs improvement .
The company is just overall bad. Choose a bigger more well known brand like Bank of America or Chase. Those are bad too, but not as bad as Woodforest. They use to give better services before.
WOODFOREST BANK @ GULF FRWY AND WAYSIDE IS GREAT FOR BANKING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME
2nd Chance banking. Opportunity to get a bank account in good standing despite a divorce or hard times. Love that they don't have the typical bankers hours, 7 days a week! Just hate the ATM situation.... Very hard to find them close to where I happen to be and you get charged by Woodforest and by the ATM you're using
