My first visit was extremely great. Customer service is off the hook.

Their ATM stole my debit card! The bank would not retrieve my card They just told me to cancel it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is by far my favorite bank to visit. The staff here is always pleasant and professional. They make me feel like a valued customer each and every time. My business banker Jay Sanchez no matter how busy always manages to ask me how is business going with a genuine smile. Thanks Guys

This place is prolonged. There is one teller at the bank window inside who looks to be training. I sat for 10-15 minutes. This is what happens when you don't have your bank card.

Don't open your bank account with them, They will literally rob you with overdraft charge even if you have enough money.
