Jonathan was very help and patient. I went in very frustrated and on the verge of closing my account, he made everything very simple and easy to understand while also showing me how to fully use the Wells Fargo app. I would give the experience with him more than 5 stars if possible, great job Jonathan.
Walked in, waited in line, and got to speak to teller about wanting to open a new bank account. He informed us that we actually needed an appointment for something so simple and we must call in to schedule it ourselves. Disappointing. Went to Frost Bank down the street and made an account in less than ten minutes with no appointment.
We are long time customers Not big customers , but long time I cant get anything accomplished with changing an acct. I have wasted time going there 4 times to get online access and today No one will answer the phone at 9:50am?? I would Love a response from the bank manager. I would amend this if I could JUST get some help.
The associates are always helpful at this branch this is why I do business with Wells Fargo for years. They respond quickly to any inquiries or issues that I may have with my account. There are also numerous ATMs available throughout Texas. I would highly recommend any of their banking products.
The teller Jonathan discriminated against me for trying to cash my cashiers check from Wells Fargo. I just read the reviews and I see that there are other black people who have experienced this. This is evil and wrong. I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo.
I run in, and I run out. Sometimes I need something simple, and other times not so simple. Nevertheless, they always take care of me. I’m a happy camper.
Came to buy a cashier check over $10,000 to close on the purchase of a house and before I left I noticed it wasn't signed. I asked the service manager, Mrs. Eunice Franco to please sign it and she replied it wasn't necessary. With so many changes going on every day I trusted her and once at the title co... BAM need to go back as it should have been signed. ZERO stars to Eunice Franco for wasting my valuable time.
Lazy staff they didn't want to help me told me to come back by 4 pm when there closing
I have a good retail relationship with this branch. Many times they have notarized my documents and helped with other ancillary items, like offering and getting Asian currency for a trip. I doubted Wells, to be honest, because of the corporate squeeze they were rightfully penalized for in past year, but they have worked hard imo to improve. I add that I recommend other customers remember to work on the relationship too. Visit so they’ll remember you, phone to make appointments, etc. All banks are pressured on staff now, banks profits are challenged in this environment so remember the employees are under some stress too. Cheers.
I only have 1 star because that is as low I can give. I went into this location to get some cash, more than I could get from the ATM. There was 1 teller working. I was 2nd in line.It took about 10 minutes for this person to complete their transaction. I made a comment that I felt like I was at Walmart. Karissa Randall walked by, and instead of getting behind a window, said that if I wanted faster service I could go to another location. She also said she was the vice president at this location. I understand why this location has less than 3 stars on their rating and why Wells Fargo is having trouble.
