Maybe I just don't feel comfortable trying to read how to use the magnetic bank card locked door feature, but its not easy to operate if I have to read the 5 steps with the images on the side. Either have the doors work or just turn your light off and close them with metal gates.
This location is horrible!! The ATM stops working on a weekly basis. You can wreck your car in parking lot because entrance is so small. I couldn't use the drive thru ATM so I tried to go inside the bank. Well, No can't do that either because the card reader won't let me in the door to get to inside ATM. Ridiculous Chase Bank!! I am finding another bank to go to!!!

I love chase but this branch is the slowest service since they merged another nearby branch. I would go somewhere else but this is my closest branch.
I had the pleasure of speaking to a banker there who addressed a very vague reason for why I was getting rejections on credit card applications her name is True Qualls and she was very nice and professional. I had a serious frustration today speaking to the customer service over the phone today when I really felt like i wasn't valued as a customer and meeting this lovely banker in person today was definitely a relief, more importantly, I had decided to close the account prior to meeting with her and she was so sweet and concerned about me at least that's how she made me feel that I definitely didn't want to do it anymore. It's true that I didn't get what I wanted but she did everything possible in order to help me and she definitely didn't just leave it at "it's just the company's policy". I'm really thankful to this employee for making me feel like a treasured customer and not giving me the "whatever" treatment. Thank you again!
This is the email I sent to Chase: Make sure Rep gives you correct info I had an account with Chase in AZ. Although I had one before. After filing bankruptcy. I opened a new acct in AZ. After moving back to Houston. I got ill, lost my job. Called and spoke with a Rep at Chase. I was I formed I had time to pay off my over draft. I was assured my acct would not be close. Well a week or so later. I go to Chase Bank off Braeswood and Main. Paid my over draft off. Was going to set my account up for direct Deposit. Found out my acct had been closed with out my knowledge. Even after I was told I was fine. I am still very much upset about this. I will be posting this as a review.My suggestion. Make sure correct info is correct, when telling customers something.
This is a Bank has a lazy employees.. we were 2 clients waiting at the hall waiting for more than 10 minutes.. after I asked the security guy.. if nobody here's.. some a fat lady shows up.. and told me you have to wait 45 minutes more to get someone takes care of me .. I say thank you and left ? I hope to change theses staff or fired them out .
PATRICIA VAZQUEZ was extremely helpful with my issue of the ATM swallowing my money. She is an asset to the organization.
I’m only giving it 1 star because google doesn’t let me give 0 star. The SLOWEST service I’ve ever had. The workers were out for lunch for 2 hours. The only one who worked at the window only handled basic banking I was there for something complicated so I was told to wait for the “out for lunch” people to come back. So yeah, I was there 2 hours for nothing while they were eating their lunch. This is ridiculous. The bank manager really needs to do something about their workers before it gets more serious.
I came here to deposit some checks in the morning and the woman who helped me cant remember her name but I know the last name was Perez, had a very unpleasant attitude. Very rude, like she didnt "want to be there" attitude yelling out "next" like we were at the DPS offce or something.I handed her my checks and the whole time she was just staring them down like she didnt think they were legit. I didnt receive a thank you..have a nice day or nothing...She was beyond rude!
