Iberia Bank

Been with this branch for 4 years and things were decent until a year ago. The new staff and services have been terrible since. There is always a problem doing the simplest things. Now I'm always racially profiled and given difficulties like I'm trying to defraud them. They are very secretive and do not explain anything. They also act like people have time to always wait for their fumbling services. Plus the customer service and automated systems are always down and unavailable. When they are up the information is always out of date with incorrect account balances so you can't track anything easily. I'm going to move my business and personal accounts to a bank that treats customers with better respect. If at the very least this branch is trash and people should use other branches.

I am new to this bank. I opened an account about 3 months ago. So far my impression is positive. Everytime i come here there seems to be the same 2 people, Joseph and another guy. They are personable and efficient. One time i came in to get my account information, which i had misplaced and mentioned to joseph i had never received my bankcards in the mail. I informed him that i did not have time to order more right now, that i would come back another day when i have time. He told me when i order the cards i can have it sent to the bank since the mail delievery is poor at my house. Days later, i unexpectedly get a call from joseph asking if i would like to get the cards sent to the bank. I said yes and he put a rush order on the cards and i asked about a temporary card which he said i could pick up the next day. I picked the card up the next day, and had issues using it. When i called the bank joseph answered and gave me a suggestion and said to call back if i had any issues. I feel the customer service here is good and i would recommend this bank if you are interested in it.
