There is a reason this location now has 23 1-star reviews. Attempted to use the 2-lane drive-thru to make a commercial deposit and ended up leaving after waiting over 20 minutes in line. Thankfully I was not blocked in and was able to go to another location which served me in under 10 minutes. I wont be going back to this location as this isn't the first time I left due to long wait times. This branch can learn a thing or 2 about moving a drive-thru quickly from the Chick-fil-A in the parking lot.
Was just in the bank to get help from a banker. The 2 handicapped parking spaces are right in front of a high set of steps that anyone who is handicapped could never climb. At the end of the building is the beginning of a very long ramp. There are no handicap parking spaces there! When I finally got in the building, the banker came rushing up to me; not to ask if he could help me, but to ask if I had an appointment and tell me that walk-ins would never be helped. I was never notified by letter that an appointment was now necessary, so that was a completely wasted trip. Except I see in the reviews that they are not reliably answering the phone at this branch. So he told me it would be a couple of days to get an appointment, but when he finally returned with the appointment book, the first available appointment was 5 days away. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for probably more than 30 years and I would Never recommend this bank anymore.
I was greeted with a rude remark by one of their employees when I entered the building. Very tall African American male looking from outside of the building his desk was directly left as you walk in I didn’t have time for his response and continued my way to the line. He then follows me and guides me to stand closer to the teller. I am practicing social distancing and he got into my face two times. I did not expect that in a professional establishment. I will be headed there next time to get his name and file a complaint. He was rude, belittling and endangering.
Every time I call they are already very pleasant and helpful. I’ve gone in to change rolled coins to cash and they were extremely patient. Great service overall at this location.
This place is better service you don’t need the appointment sometimes they can call if you are busy they can help you and they can take you for the service they don’t go by appointment sometime if they’re not busy then Taylor very helpful to help a person
This location is big, and it has decent traffic. There is one banker!!! I waited for 20 minutes and had to leave without being helped! Unacceptable. Not going back there.
New location opened on Monday, May 4th, 2020. Looks nice. Warning, the hand sanitizer will take a whole minute to rub in.
I do not like this place. They do not respect capacity with deaf because they want to speak to understand to lips. I not like it. I want to be able to communicate or write. easier
This location customer service is horrible especially the guy Gabriel, they seem to have different rules than the other wells fargo locations kept telling us we had to take our cashiers check to the wells Fargo we bought it from keep in mind I've been with wells fargo since 2006
Absolutely awful bank. Incompetent, rude, time-wasting. The bank was fined $3 billion for illegal activities which they did to me. I have moved to Independent Financial.
