Wells Fargo Bank

Very bad customer service. A lady name Silvia Rivas was supposed to call me back with details with my loan needs, a week later and still waiting for that call.

This bank has been closed and I keep calling to make an appt as I need to get to my box. As it states outside the building to call for appt.No one ever answers. When is this location opening back up?

There’s honestly no reason for there to be a bank here when ATM does not work 99.9% of the time. I’d rather go to Randalls. Might as well just close down permanently and sell the lot because something else that benefits the community can be put there !

Cesar P is the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met, especially at a Bank! If I had the authority to, I would want Cesar recognized as a model employee!

It’s always a long line only like one or two girls in the front. They need to do something about this. Make sure if you plan to go here you’ll be in there an hour at least. There’s more people walking around than actually helping a customer.
