Closest wellsfargo to me so I go here all the time. Always helpful and today Joel helped me minutes before they closed with a smile. He saw I was upset because my complex shut down their payment system and last minute demanded a check and he had many people in the same situation come in and say the same. Made good conversation and had a great attitude. He should get a raise.

Darlicia helped me today and had such a great attitude! I appreciated her help and how kind she was. Will definitely stop by again just to see her.

Bank rep Maria just helped straighten out an issue created by another location. Always knowledgeable and helpful here, they take care of their customers. This location has always been the best in banking customer service! I have been using this location for over 10 years and have always had a great experience no matter what I needed. Mr Odacha is very knowledgeable and helpful every time I have needed assistance the lady couple of years; , as well as every employee that I have interacted with at this location. Keep up the good work!

Patricia M. front teller has NO customer service what so ever!!! Sad!! I was not properly greeted I just kinda new I was next in line so I approached, after advising Patricia M. would like to withdraw $1k, She asked If this was an IRS refund return? I replied yes! Patricia M. then stated the funds would not be available until tomorrow. I asked well what funds are available her reply $3.61. I was not given any real explanation furthermore any options on what to do next other than "Come back tomorrow"!. After leaving that branch I went to the branch right down the way on Westheimer Rd. where the First thing the Teller said When I approached was "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" due to my birthday this month... not to mention Krystal treated me 1000x better in the customer service world!!!! Will be giving that branch manager a wonderful call to express. Patricia M. could def use some CUSTOMER SATISFACTION tips from Krystal!! BTW Krystal also said there were no holds on my account and I was able to withdraw my $1k!!! Kudos to Krystal :

A teller at this bank allowed someone to cash two fraudulent checks with my stolen ID and forged signature for nearly five thousand dollars. Will not be banking with Wells Fargo after this ordeal. Cannot express my level of frustration with this WF experience.

Need to print last year checks that I could not do it online. Called and talk to Lillia the branch manager and she provided me a gear customer service. She is very nice and professional. Thank you very much Lillia. Billy.

The ATM is useful, but the drive-through lines for all other services are very slow.

This branch seems to be under new management and I have been very happy with the customer service lately!
